As Founding Chair of the Advisory Committee to New York University’s Department of Nutrition, Food Studies and Public Health, and now Special Advisor to NYU Fales Library’s Food Studies Collection, Clark Wolf has been host for over ten years of the NYU Critical Topics in Food Series, a series of public, semi-academic panels and events highlighting current topics in food featuring top writers, authors, chefs, academics, farmers, editors and more.
We have also mounted well received panel discussions at the Russian River Food & Winefest, the Gravenstein Apple Fair in Sebastopol, CA, and a multi-year series of Sonoma County Farm Forums, which include a diverse panel of active and influential community members – from farmers and artisan producers to government officials, young scientists and small-business owners – to illuminate the past, present and future of food and farming in Sonoma County and around the country

Clark Wolf gives classes and tours around a variety of topics including cheesemaking, regional travel and tourism, restaurant and food industry trends, farming and more.
For Central Market in Texas, Clark conducted a series of American artisan cheesemaker classes at stores in Dallas, Houston and Austin. He returned after the publication of 101 Classic Cookbooks: 501 Classic Recipes for a series of classes on the different styles of Italian cooking.
In his ongoing role as a Sonoma County Super Tourism Ambassador for all things food, Clark gathers groups of Sonoma County CTA’s (Certified Tourism Ambassadors), for tours, farm visits, tastings, panel discussions, talks and more.
For many years, Clark conducted Press Tours of Northern California on behalf of the California Milk Advisory Board and the California Walnut Marketing Board.
Journalists and writers from across the country joined Clark on luxury tour vans to explore the countryside, stopping to explore and taste at farms, cheesemakers, restaurants and farmers markets.
