get asked what my "favorite" American cheeses
are on a very regular basis. There are many,
but I was thrilled when the dear and talented
folks at Cowgirl Creamery agreed to gather and
send this collection on my behalf. They have
many others - international and from all over
the USA - that I can heartily recommend.
